Been using them for over 10 years. Great service and wonderful people
They totally destroyed a beautiful woolen pashmina. It had oily stains. They never removed the stains. They returned a completely ruined piece of clothe, shrunk and thick as if they had boiled it.... They even charged for destroying my pashmina because they spent time trying to clean it!!! I'm totally frustrated and disappointed... The pashmina was thrown away and I will never use these people again. Not even an apology.... Shame on them!
