I am very happy that East End Awning installed our awning for our new home. Carol was very responsive/easy to work with. Although there are many fabric options to choose from, Carol made it easy by narrowing the choices down for me based on the overall aesthetic of the house. East End Awning has installed multiple awnings at homes that I own and each time the experience is top notch. We’ve also used them to install and service multiple awnings at various clients homes. We love working with them, especially since they’re a family-run operation. Even when we need service (due to our own user error), they are extremely responsive, even on weekends. Highly recommend!

I definitely highly recommend this company, hands down! It was one of the easiest transaction I’ve had in years with contractors. I received everything I was promised. Their employees were prompt and courteous. They all wore masks during this pandemic and were extremely professional. My patio was cleaned to perfection when the work was completed. From start to finish, working with Carol and Bill was a total pleasure. They responded to my initial call within hours and Bill came to measure two days later. Even with some changes, our awnings were put up in a bit more than two weeks. The quality of the awnings, and the expertise and work of the installing crew, are top rate.
