My experience with East and apartments, they hired me no later than two months ago to clean the buildings and some of the units. I have a cleaning business The guy Ivan talks to people very disrespectful. I think he is racist. We can barely understand any of his language. He smokes cigarettes all over the building. The owners are very unprofessional. We clean the buildings that have not been cleaned over four years. I went and seen an apartment, the Maintenance guy, I believe his name was Ivan showed me the apartment. As he was showing me the apartment he was smoking a cigarette walking through the hallway and the hallway smelled like cigarettes and weed. The outside had trash everywhere and the apartment was outdated and poorly renovated. overall the building is not maintained well, and I would not recommend anyone living there.
I want to see one of the townhouse the person that was supposed to show me the townhouse was the maintenance guy he lives over in the complex. He wasn't there to show me the property I called the number to the manager and she was a nasty disrespectful woman her attitude was very nasty and the units are not worth it when I walked in I noticed mold on the bathroom window upstairs the screen doors are not secure they supposed to be secure screen doors there's no air conditioner in the air conditioning housing. I would honestly say the experience renting from these people is terrible.
They are very unprofessional. The property manager say they care for their tenants, but they don’t I truly won’t recommend renting from these people.
