We enjoyed having Melissa cook for our retreat group in the Catskills immensely! She’s on time, cooks with love and with a cohesive menu, plus her food is 5 stars!! Can’t wait to have her back next year.
Chef Melissa came in and saved me on short notice when I was planning a surprise party with over 50 guests. She really listened to what I wanted and needed and SHE DELIVERED! Melissa was not only very professional but very warm and very easy to work with. The day of the party she delivered the food on time and made sure I was all set before leaving.
