We booked Chef Melissa for a Valentine’s Day dinner, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The menu was thoughtful, beautifully presented, and expertly prepared. Every course was exceptional, and the dessert was amazing! We would love to book Chef Melissa again.

Chef Mel did a fantastic job with my birthday dinner for 7! With a delicious menu that even managed to impress 3 picky teenagers, we all enjoyed every bite! She was professional and communicative throughout the whole process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We hope we can hire her again!
Melissa did a wonderful job listening to exactly what I wanted for a delicious and memorable birthday. She worked hand in hand to create a perfect menu, working around a few of my idiosyncrasies with ease. When it came time for arrival in preparation, Melissa was kind and courteous. Amazing!! Chef Melissa exceeded our expectations and accommodated a group of 10 with plenty of food (and extra for the next days). This is the 3rd retreat I had the pleasure of working with her and each time I am amazed. I have run dozens of retreats and she is by far the best chef I've had at any of the events I've held and the highlight of each day. If you need a chef for any occasion, this is the one!!
