Disappointed with the service at this surgery. Wingate doctors are a joke they shouldn’t be allowed to practice. Female GP doesn’t listen. No empathy or caring. What a waste of my time. Stay clear of this surgery!
Every time I rang the surgery the receptionists were very kind, professional and understanding, the health care professionals were prompt and always demonstrated a person's centred care. I'm very greatful for these people and the services they provide. We live in difficult times and I'm sure there is always room for improvement but if half of the surgeries in UK could do as good as EDMG, Peterlee does , then the future is good.
Friendly staff and helpful, will go that extra mile to help their patients and very clean and tidy!!
Do not trust one rogue employee on the health care assitant team who seems to think they are medically trained nurse. Happily going around telling everyone they are a fully qualified nurse when they are not!!! They are also a co-ercive control freak and bully outside of work fleecing their partners of money and playing emotional games with them. Bloody disgrace to their profession. Just to update... now harassing me to remove my review. I havnt even named them, yet they have come forward to co-erce me into removing my review... read more
