Ive used this surgery my whole life but the last few years you have gone downhill. I trailed in today in the snow for an apt ive waited weeks for to be told ya machine isnt working. In a word abysmal service. And to top it off my nxt apt is miles away from my house
The way this practice treats its patients is nothing short of a disgrace.
Service only available to people not in employment - who have the time to wait 30 mins + to speak to someone. Closes at lunchtime so can't call on a lunch break. Absolutely hopeless and one of the GPs who I shan't name is incredibly rude, dismissive, arrogant and unpleasant
