I was referred here and I clearly did not get the same experience they did. I have had to travel back and forth, driving 44min one way to this place and yet again I am left with no cold AC! I was charged different amounts for the exact same thing (Simon charged very low and the young guy, which I assume is his son charged higher) I had an appointment that was scheduled by this same guy on July 4th, Simon said the 3rd but he said the 4th, I dropped my truck off first thing in the morning before they were scheduled to open lik... read more

I am very thankful that Mr. Simon East Duplin Radiator and A/C service fixed my air in my car. Very understanding and professional. The problem was fixed and now i have cold crisp air blowing in my car. Thank you so much Mr. Simon
