Convenient option for care in the Northshire at a well appointed medical office building. I was treated well by the kind folks in reception and also Theresa and Kerry, having my history taken and examinations explained and reviewed. A great place to receive care.
The staff at Rutland ortho both in Dorset and Rutland have been very attentive and caring. From the front desk to their doctors.
Saw Dr McElheny for orthopedic visits after an injury & just wanted to say I have been so impressed with the outstanding care I received. She is warm, caring, and very patient/ thorough when explaining medical issues and options. It's rare these days to find great Drs with such a lovely bedside manner. I wish she had other specialties so I could keep her as my Dr! The other staff who took care of me were also very pleasant and helpful. Excellent follow-up care as well. It is great to be able to access these specialists with less than an hour drive. The doctor I see is very kind and attentive. Please keep these satellite locations open!
This campus is a branch of Rutland Regional, so if you already receive care through them it's convenient. You will usually have to schedule labs and imaging through Rutland however which is a bit of a drive. The waiting area and exam rooms are always clean, although the check-in area tends to get backed up out the door due to how small it is and how patients have to social distance in line.
