Annie did an amazing grooming job with Nugget, who was super anxious and unsettled. Annie was so patient, Nugget came out looking absolutely wonderful and smelling so fresh. The coat length is just what I asked for. We will definitely be back! The entire team - vets, nurses, and receptionists is amazing! They provided thorough explanations and great guidance on how to care for Nugget’s teeth.
Vet Julian is highly professional and truly passionate about his work. He shows genuine care for every animal and always goes the extra mile to ensure the best treatment.
Couldn’t recommend East Doncaster Vet’s enough, my whole family send our pets here and have had great experiences, I even travel from Brunswick for my Goldie. The receptionists/nurses and vets are professional and caring, they take the time in appointments to look at their patient holistically and explain what they are doing. Pricing is also reasonable and transparent. Special thanks to their recent care for our family cat Maggie, who sadly passed away but was cared for beautifully along the way.
Great experience at East Doncaster Veterinary Hospital! My pet had a fracture, and the team took amazing care of them. They explained everything clearly, treated the injury quickly, and made sure my pet was comfortable throughout. The aftercare instructions were very helpful, and they were always patient in answering my questions. The follow-up support was also great, and my pet is recovering really well now. Really appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend!
