Horrible customer service! I called to get a new OB appointment and the lady asked for my social security number. Being that I have hd my identity stolen before I asked what they use the social for and she couldn’t explain it to me. She began arguing and then hung up!!! Very unprofessional!!!
Stay far away from here. These people are horrible to work with. Very rude and unaware of what their own practice is capable of.
Went in at 1:15 my appointment was at 1:30 didn't get seen till 2:30 Dr. Said he would call in a prescription to my pharmacy and never did. He also said he would give me a referral and never did. Wow.
