A little run down This place has its charm and it is right on a beautiful beach but my husband can't take the no air conditioning.
Surfers paradise If you surf and love to head out to Montauk this is the place to stay. Be aware though that they do not have air conditioning so it is quite hot at times. However besides that this is a great little place. It is right on ditch plains so you are just steps to the beach and surf. Town is only a short trip away. And don't forget about the ditch witch in the parking lot.
