both my therapist and psychiatrist are lovely, i've been seeing them for years with no issues. the layout of the 3rd floor is a bit confusing, but nothing too complex. highly recommend.
Not ADA compliant
My son has a therapist here and she is great. She always squeezes him in or calls if he doesn’t have an appointment. The front staff are helpful and very accommodating. The building is clean and they always have parking. I don’t know what I would do without her. My son is better when he sees her. I would give it 5 stars if the psychiatrist Dr Hall was more concerned with his medication and treatment.
The level of care here is disappointing. The doctors seem more focused on checking boxes and maintaining paper trails than genuinely caring for their patients. Dr. Joshua Hall, in particular, was very rude and showed little interest in assisting his patient.
