First I was quoted the wrong price my 3 day rental went from $125 to $550, the wait times were unacceptable. To top it off, personal items were taken from my rental car when it was returned. I talked to a manager from fox, they refused to show video proving it wasnt taken. I have no trust with them now. I don't recommend Fox
Best place hands down to rent a car. The staff is friendly and the cars are perfect!
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I will never rent from this company again. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster. They’re charging me extra to return the vehicle simply because they aren’t open at the time I have to drop it off—something I had no control over. On top of that, they tried to tack on additional insurance fees despite the fact that I already have my own coverage.
