I don't like leaving bad reviews, but we had a horrible experience here. The audio/navigation screen went out on our Odyssey, so we made an appointment and brought it in. When we arrived, they did not have our appointment on their schedule, but they said they would get us in. We were told in 3 hours they would let us know the issue. We called after 3 hours and you could tell by their response that they hadn't even looked at it yet. After a couple more hours, we received a call. Needed an oil change while on vacation. CR-v is 11 years old with over 235,000 miles so we like taking to dealership.They said they could do it, then checked in. Then we were told it would be at least 2 hours, ugh. Ok After not hearing anything from. Service writer at 2 hour mark, we see it's still in driveway..Finally get it at 3 hour mark and Bill has no idea why we were upset.
Honda has always gone out of their way for me and my family, this specific location I have purchased 3 cars from, always had a great experience. Service has always been accommodating , on 2 occasions out of the dozens I have had less than exceptional experiences and when voiced they have gone out of their way to correct it, and as someone whose worked in a dealership I can vouch that they've gone above and beyond for customer satisfaction than any other dealership I've worked for or purchased from in this area ( Honda, Mitsu... read more
Wowwwwww… Just had my first oil change here, and there’s not enough words to express how amazing they were. They were crazy friendly, I absolutely loved Kaitlin, pretty fast with the entire process, they did an inspection, cleaned my car, and even patched a hole in my tire where a bolt was, that I was unaware of. I have tried every place you can think of for oil changes. I will be coming here EVERY single time going forward, stellar job guys!!!!!! Can’t thank you enough!!
