Dr. Joe Paul and the entire staff — including the front desk team who usually answer the calls and the nursing staff — truly make Great Neighborhood Medical Centre live up to its name. I am so happy I found this practice Dr Patricia is amazing, very educated and professional. All practices should have a Dr Patricia. I am not fond of Doctors but this young lady is all about patient centred care. ( not about $$) she cares
My review relates to the reception staff at this practice, in particular, Sophie. Some work desperately needs to be done on her customer service skills. Rolling her eyes infront of you, abruptly putting you on hold whilst you're still talking, ignoring patients, not providing answers to questions or making you feel silly for asking them by looking surly are just a few examples of what I've experienced when attending the practice. The doctors, other staff members and practice manager are lovely in contrast.
Dr Joe Paul is by far the best doctor I’ve ever experienced. I think the whole practice is great, reception staff are always helpful and patient. However, Dr Joe Paul really is hands down incredible. My entire family now see him & thanks to his dedication we’ve finally had many answers for many of us. He doesn’t brush off your symptoms & really wants to get down to the bottom of any issue no matter how big or small it is.
