I would like to give a HUGE shout out to MONA the front desk receptionist. From the moment I walked in she was very helpful and greeted me with a smile. She is the perfect person to represent the first person you see . She definitely brightened up my day with her friendliness and she also helped me with information on my insurance that i needed. This was my 2nd pregnancy but first experience with MFM. I was very nervous and apprehensive at first, but Dr. Dillon and her entire team quickly became such an amazing part of my journey. They were attentive, available, and always advocating for me and my baby’s health. I am forever grateful for this great experience and would highly recommend!
We were seen by Dr. Robinson throughout our twin pregnancy. Absolutely adored him and all of the other clinical staff. The front desk/patient access worker was very hit or miss. Depended on her mood of the day whether she greeted you kindly or not.
