"East Cooper H&A" performed the regular service, inspection & maintenance of the system on 11/12/21. The technician was "Jason". He arrived very close to the beginning of the "window" given when the appointment was made. He was very cordial, polite, organized and informative. He went right into the job, letting me know what he was doing at each step. Great customer service, our AC broke and they came out the next day to quote us and even were able to install the day after that which was amazing as it was August in Charleston. JT did a great job on the installation and in only a few hours our home was back to being cool again. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
