Jan. 28, 2025 I took 4 puppies to East Columbus Vet Hospital, but only returned home w 3 alive.. Its clear that negligence/ malpractice took place. 4.5 hrs after dropping them off, I hadn't received any updates after being promised them after every puppy. I called the clinic 4 times w no response back, the tech who was also answering phones, checking people in, & apparently also assisting the doctor in the surgeries, finally called me & updated me that it was just her & the *** there today & shes in the OR I thought it was s... read more
I have been a customer to this company for over 20 years. ************************ was so good with my dog in 2008, I kept going back to him throughout the years with my animals. I am an RN so, I didnt visit much and, my dogs lived to be over 15 years a piece. In my mind, we were a good team. The office obtained some new staff members and theres one that has no customer service skills; Ive learned to excuse her. I am outraged by the poor services I have received. I was told my dog needed an additional shot to be groomed. Against what my wife and I believe we received them all we did it. Mind you we were going to a grooming because the first one was a very poor job and not what we asked for but what she felt was nice. After getting that shot we scheduled the appointment for the grooming and was advised to drop of 12/15 at 8am.
