Got sent here by Rescue across the street because they were too busy to take me (they were very apologetic about the inconvenience). What I needed wasn’t an emergency but if I could get it done quick, why not? They told me to ask for Michael. He was absurdly condescending and unhelpful. My car was involved in a hit-and-run, and my insurance provider referred me to Crash Champions. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The technician who performed the initial inspection told me, “Don’t worry, we’ll take care of it.” However, once the service was completed, there were several issues that should have been addressed but were not. I got into a minor accident in which my car was the only one to sustain damage on the fender. I brought it to East Colonial, and not only did they beat the price from the dealership, but they finished it in one whole day. I could not be happier with the work they have done, and I will continue to use them for any body work. Thanks for getting me back on the road!

They did an amazing job repairing my car, it looks as good as new. The quality of their work is outstanding, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish.
