Ken has repaired our refrigerator twice. He is professional, prompt, fair, and I'm so glad we found him. The first time we used him was on a Friday afternoon. We called and within one hour our completly dead refrigerator freezer was up and running again. He saved us and our food ! Thank you Ken.
We have called Ken out twice for two different appliances. The first time, he diagnosed the fridge immediately. It was still under parts warranty (not labor), so he told us exactly what to do to get it fixed through the manufacturer, and he was 100% correct about how much it would be and what the process was. Because of his help, we were actually able to get it fixed in a week and half, if you can believe it! We called him back out for a squeaky dryer and took it apart, cleaned it up, and it's like new! Just used East Cobb Appliance and Ken came exactly when he said he would. He has over 40 years of appliance experience and is the nicest person. Not only did he fix our oven, but he educated me on appliances and parts. Very affordable prices. I will definitely use him again when we have appliance issues.
