We have been here a few times and each time this place was awful. Our most recent visit was no different. This is the only ECW location that I have never seen busy. There was one family in the restaurant and it took 5 minutes for anyone to make an appearance from the back to great us/seat us. While we ate only one other family came in and there was only a handful of to-go orders. Our food was not good and our drinks didn't get refilled until we were ready to leave. I'm conflicted. First I waited 30 minutes for 10 wings dine in. Not cool when there's no one in the restaurant. But I enjoyed some drinks while we waited. The wings were surprisingly good so they tried to come in with the save. However someone asked my wife what do she like tequila or vodka. Wings were very greasy. I ordered "Santa Fe" style dry rub and most of my wings were not seasoned at all. Like they put the wings in a pile and barely dusted just the top with seasoning. Otherwise, the wings were cooked well and the seasoning had good flavor (well at least what I could taste did). The chips are overcooked and cooked in old oil, not very good, the fries are better. Ranch is good though!
