I usually don’t have issues at this location, but my recent visit was disappointing. I ordered to-go and was not informed that I did not qualify for the 99¢ wing special until after I had already been charged. That information should have been communicated before payment was taken. When I checked, they were extremely unapologetic, The situation felt handled poorly and unprofessional, with no clear explanation given. Great experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious 10/10 and our waitress was the sweetest. We received our food timely and the price was reasonable.
Food was okay. Drinks were cold. I wouldn’t say it’s the best chicken I’ve had. We enjoyed the meal and the afternoon out as a family after a long year. This location could use better customer service training. Don’t get me wrong, nobody was rude, but nobody smiled either. It felt like everyone had better things to do. We will try again. We understand that bad days happen.
