I’ve supported East Coast for a long time, and my family and I have spent good money there over the years. That’s why today’s experience was so disappointing. Several months ago, I had an issue with an order, and when I spoke with the manager, he told me he would remake it. Today, I brought it up again. He partially remembered and offered me 25% off. I’m here at UNCG for summer music camp and during my free time the other day, me and 3 other friends went to East Coast Wings and even though the lady was working in the front and back all alone, she was the sweetest person ever telling jokes and just being a great person. On top of that the food was THE BEST. I totally would come back again!
