We are going on our 5th month with ECW. Solid company! They go the extra mile and do their absolute best to help in many aspects of shipping and storage. Their WMS system is easy to navigate and works well with Shopify. We started off with a mass shipment of preorders and pallets arriving combined with our regular storage. They handled it with efficiency and accuracy. A relief to e-com brands. Greg, Frank, Geri and Donna are all excellent work with.
I've been working in ecommerce for over 10 years and I safely say East Coast is the best 3PL warehouse I've worked with in all those years. They are extremely client focused, really going above and beyond to cater to your business needs. Whereas most other warehouses force you to strictly abide by their processes, even if they dont work for your business, these guys will bend over backwards to try to make things work for you.
