Dr Glisker is an extremely pleasant and highly competent doctor. I came to him with a pair of glasses from another local store that were ugly as could be; an embarrassment to wear. As I have very significant vision issues the pair I showed him were so poorly made that even with the thinnest lenses they had available they could not have been more unflattering as the lenses were terribly thick and they could not make a pair of progressives I could see out of. The whole staff is Wonderful.
Had a Saturday appt, no waiting, eyes tested, ordered new lens and glasses, all in a half hour and glasses were in in 2 days. Nice place and pleasant doctor
The worst experience at an optometrist that I’ve ever had. Not only was this the least thorough eye exam I’ve ever had, they had no idea about “medically necessary” contacts. All they had to do was call my vision insurance for an authorization for my contacts, but were either too lazy to do so or aim to excel at poor customer service. Our exams were done immediately after the drops were placed, before our eyes were even beginning to dilate. A thorough exam wasn't even possible. We won't be back, what a waste of time and money!
