We recently had one of our pups 5mnth old pug) get bitten by a bee or other insect, her face was swelling and so was her lips. We called the Vet (3rd February 2026, 8.17p.m) and Andrew answered, we met him there, he administered medication to stop the swelling which probably saved her life and the after care was fabulous. We have been travelling full time for 12 years and had occasion to visit veterinary clinics all over Australia - some much better than others. This clinic tops the list for fast, friendly assistance - and invaluable advice. We needed help to administer a Cartrophen injection for our 15 year old dog. Experienced vet nurse, Tracey, not only showed us the easiest method to inject - she also suggested the best approach for another little problem we were having with our old boy. On the 4th August 2025, our puppy Marlin, a thoroughbred German Shorthaired Pointer was operated on at East Coast Veterinary Clinic, presenting with the clean break of his left hind leg. Be VERY wary of this vet if your pet needs surgery or diagnosis. They failed to diagnose a cancer growth near my cats eye (despite me telling them I suspected it was cancer.) instead they insisted on selling me two separate eye drops that were very expensive and made my cats issue MUCH worse - they then told me the eye would have to be removed (at a hefty cost) because it was cancer.
