Read reviews from several sites and decided to try it. There were other customers in line and I noticed they were very rude to the employees. They answered all of my questions and overall it was a nice experience. I recommend trying them out since it seemed like a lot of the other patrons had a grudge.
They need to stand by there product and if a customer is not happy with a product they should have at least a 14day exchange policy for product that is worthless....... I guess I have to look for a new place to buy my product it's just a shame..... Would like to give a NO STAR rating.... Not happy
I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star if it would let me. Where to start......well first off the staff I dealt with is very rude and arrogant. The place is really small and had a nasty smell. No samples to taste before you buy and a very limited selection. Not sure how they don't have or know about MODS but after my experience I will never go back.
I really am happy with my purchase. I had a lot of questions and the owners answered every one. I smoke 1.5 packs a day, but still have the same pack from Friday. I have been vaping since then.
