Requested a refund of an advance payment for a van conversion they couldn't get to after a year of my van sitting on their lot. Matt said he would wire us the money. Had the same issues with East Coast Van Builds, the unprofessionalism, lack of communication and downright lies. Contracted with them in May of 2023 and was supposed to be done by Spring of 2024. In October of 2023, my husband and I went to see our van for the first time and were told they were a couple of Months behind but would have our van by Summer.
