I was at my wits end by the time I visited Victoria. I had seen GP"s and dermatologists and nobody was able to help. They prescribed steroids and a well known shampoo. Nothing worked. I travelled a long way to see Victoria and I can honestly say it was really worth it. She diagnosed the problem and showed me a magnified version of my scalp on her monitor. Saw Victoria after experiencing considerable hair loss. She was lovely, very knowledgeable & took the time to explain things to me. My appointment felt relaxed & i didn't feel rushed. She emailed my GP & has requested I have further blood tests done. My GP has been useless throughout all of this, I honestly don't know what I'd of done if I hadn't of seen Victoria.
I've been struggling with a hair and scalp concern for the past few months, and I only wish I had booked in to see Victoria at East Coast Trichology sooner! My initial consultation was so thorough, Victoria was so kind and empathetic, and an absolute wealth of knowledge around hair loss and scalp health. I left feeling so much more positive, and with a clear support plan in place for the next few months. If you're struggling with any hair or scalp concern, I can't recommend East Coast Trichology enough!
I’m so pleased with the service I’ve received from Victoria at East Coast Trichology. I visited with a scalp issue and hair loss. I was recommended the products I needed to help with my sore scalp and was sent the links where to buy them from at the best price. 5 stars just isn’t enough. Victoria is absolutely amazing. I’d lost about a third of my hair when I went to see Victoria, I had constant flares of dermatitis and really poor scalp health; nothing I’d tried was helping and my mental health and quality of life were dwindling. I was eating anti histamines, using steroid creams & medicated shampoos, I was looking into regaine hair solutions.
