The Winter Park office handled the closing of my home sale. They were disorganized and difficult for my agent to work with. An Estoppel certificate was ordered and closing occurred for a buyer of a property in our community. There were no disbursements to the association to pay for the Estoppel after closing. Although they admitted in writing the error and promised payment, the owner/manager refuses to respond and has not paid. This is a POOR way to treat your customers for YOUR error.
