We were in Jacksonville N.C. visiting my daughter (who is a marine). We had planned to get matching tattoo's and East Coast Tattoo was recomended. We arrived around 1:30 pm and they were very busy, they couldn't get to us then and ask us to come back around 5pm. We were excited so we went back around 4pm and around 4:30 Irvin started on the first girl (there was 4 of us).
