Complete joke of a company, I brought 10 of my own shirts to get embroidered. I also wanted to purchase 12 Richardson 112 hats and have them embroidered. Got 2 different prices from 2 different people that day. Was also told the hats were out of stock from their supplier . I literally ordered the hats from hats.com as I was sitting there… 2 weeks passed and didn’t hear anything from them.
