The quality is absolutely top notch and they went above and beyond to accommodate us each and every time. Not to mention, friendly and responsive and a pleasure work with!
Complete joke of a company, I brought 10 of my own shirts to get embroidered. I also wanted to purchase 12 Richardson 112 hats and have them embroidered. Got 2 different prices from 2 different people that day. Was also told the hats were out of stock from their supplier . I literally ordered the hats from hats.com as I was sitting there… 2 weeks passed and didn’t hear anything from them. I have to share my experience with East Coast Special Tees. Tomorrow is a special day. It is two's day. Tuesday. 2-22-22 and we are acknowledging it at my school. I ordered my t-shirt, only to realize that I would not have it on time to wear,tomorrow. I contacted East Coast snd explained my situation. The man who answered the phone asked me what I needed and how could he help me.
