My experience with this company so far has been a nightmare! First, I buy the damn spa at a show and the guy tells me I can expect it in 4-6 weeks! Ok, I need to get going on the permits, deck tear up, cement pad, etc? Well, I get a call in a week saying the spa is in, when do I want it? Really, all the above prep work hasn't even started! Horrendous customer service. Ordered a spa cover and got the biggest run around when it came to delivery. Find another dealer l. Beyond disappointed. Zero stars..
We were either going to spend lots of money to repair a 14 year old spa, or replace it. We shopped locally, but then visited Split Rock Lodge last March where East Coast Spas was having a huge show. We went there, and given a thorough explanation by Jacob, with no hard sales lines on a deal for a new one. East Coast Spas delivered a new spa, took away the old one and we have been thoroughly pleased with our purchase and follow-up with ECS on chemical needs.
