I have a Solar Edge system installed two years ago by Accelerate Solar in Myrtle Beach. The inverter (12 year warranty) failed and had to be replaced. Accelerate Solar is out of business(??), so I contacted Titan Solar (who apparently has taken over what is left of Accelerate). They were less than helpful, so I contacted Ken at East Coast. He was on site the next day and contacted Solar Edge for a replacement inverter (no charge for the equipment). New inverter arrived on Monday afternoon and Ken installed it and had me back... read more
Mis wired my system provide little to no support and took 6 mo. to install.. Bait and switched my attic insulation( was supposed to be encapsulation they just sprayed foam everywhere) did a terrible job and made a mess that has voided my shingle warranty. Had to hire another solar electrician to install wires they missed when system went down.. Run from these guys may be suing soon. Ownership changed from Eastcoast solar pros to just Eastcoast solar. Run do not walk away from them
