WOW! I thought needing a septic service would be a lot more complicated than Curtis made it. I've heard great things about him for years, so when I had an emergency with my tank, East Coast Septic Services was my first call. Curtis, the owner himself showed up quickly after I called, found my septic tank (I didn't even know where it was), diagnosed my problem and was wrapped up in less than an hour. REALTORS AND BUYERS BEWARE. I am a real estate professional who has been selling real estate in St. Augustine for almost nine years. Curtis was recommended to me by a fellow agent for septic inspections. He inspected the septic at a property where I was representing the buyer and determined that the septic tank, pump tank, and alarm system needed to be replaced. No problem there. Curtis really helped us this last week. He came and installed a grinder pump at a reasonable price, when others in the area were just looking to take advantage of us. He not only installed it quickly as per the plan, but also helped with landscaping even though that was not actually his responsibility, and is helping us with servicing a warranty on our broken (albeit newish) pump. We found out about him from a trusted friend, and I will always be calling him first for matters about septic, wet wells, grinder pumps, etc.
I left two voice mails and an email within the last ten days. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls. I tried on more time today and the voice mail box is full. Time to find a different company.
