Curtis was recommended to me by a fellow agent for septic inspections. Curtis really helped us this last week. He came and installed a grinder pump at a reasonable price, when others in the area were just looking to take advantage of us. He not only installed it quickly as per the plan, but also helped with landscaping even though that was not actually his responsibility, and is helping us with servicing a warranty on our broken (albeit newish) pump. We found out about him from a trusted friend, and I will always be calling him first for matters about septic, wet wells, grinder pumps, etc.
I left two voice mails and an email within the last ten days. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls. I tried on more time today and the voice mail box is full. Time to find a different company.
East Coast and Curtis were wonderful. He was prompt, found our hidden septic, installed risers, and pumped it clean, coming back 4 times in 5 days to complete the work quickly and professionally and at a much better price than other quotes we got. Highly recommend!!!
