I left two voice mails and an email within the last ten days. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls. I tried on more time today and the voice mail box is full. Time to find a different company.
East Coast and Curtis were wonderful. He was prompt, found our hidden septic, installed risers, and pumped it clean, coming back 4 times in 5 days to complete the work quickly and professionally and at a much better price than other quotes we got. Highly recommend!!!
Called this company. Made an appointment. They never showed up.
Hired this guy to do our preliminary pumpout and inspection of our septic. He did a fine job. We followed up with him a month-two later, we think we have a problem with our pump, and he said he was going to come out, but hasn't. We called twice more, he is unresponsive.
Curtis was awesome. I'd recommend anytime.
