East Coast Security monitored our fire alarm or a commercial building. We placed many calls to them about problems always got an answering machine. The phone company was having problems and caused many phones calls in the middle of the night from the call center to tell me that the system was having problems. We cancelled with East Coast Security because they never called us back and never resolved any of the issues. I asked for a refund and never got one or never was called back about the refund.
