I’ve used East Coast Rv for 9 years and have never had an issue with Al. Last year I changed my faucets and there was no issues. I called Al to do my closing this year and he said he had a note that he wouldn’t do my trailer again. Here we are at the end of the season and he never relayed that there was an issue because if I knew there was I would have fixed it and made it easier for him. Now I’m stuck with nobody to winterize my trailer. My review of 5 stars for 9 years is now a 0. Horrible customer service.

Al did my inspection before I bought my park model at Bears Den, then did my closeup at the end of 2015 season. Good man and great guy to get local info from regarding various suppliers and contractors. I highly recommend him.
