Terrible! Would NEVER purchase from them! Go somewhere else. Called about a particular RV, they put it on hold for us to view. No $ required. They sold it out from under us. PERIOD! We traveled a distance to see and was to have first right of refusal. The Sales Mgr said the RV was ours and then the “man who runs the dealership “ said that was not so. I drive quite a distance to return to East Coast RV for all my camper needs. Everyone from sales to tech service is customer focused. Sales, repairs and maintenance..... all performed at a high level and dollar friendly.
Never had a problem with anything at East Coast. Will continue going back.
Set an appointment for 9 am, dropped it off went to breakfast locally. New toilet, installed and they found the source of a small leak under the sink and repaired the sink drain. Got it back clean and no mess left at all. Less time than I expected. Thanks for the excellent work.
