There was a discrepancy with an order I placed a year or so ago regarding SMALL vs. LARGE .45 ACP Brass. I had specifically requested that LARGE pistol primers make up the majority of my order. I received it the other way around by around 70-30%. This promise was made with Jake and I honestly don't know if he is still there. Long story short, Chris and Austin were highly professional and did the reputable thing by replacing the SMALL primer cases with LARGE primer cases. They paid the shipping for the exchange as well.
