Stay away. Company was recently sold and is now doing business as National Seating and Mobility in Alexandria, however the General Manager (John B.) remains the same and they are just as disorganized. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell, however your order will more than likely either never show up, or be delayed by months if not a year or more, if it is ever placed at all. This place was AWFUL!!! The staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and the place is FILTHY. I wouldn't keep my dog in this place. While I was a patient in this place for 3 weeks, I was wondering why I was so sleepy during the day? After I looked at the DAY medications they were giving me, I learned they were giving me my sleeping medications at 10 o'clock IN THE MORNING!!! If you can, go to another place. I have had the worst experience with this company, they don't return phone calls or emails. When you call to leave a voice mail, you can't leave one because the voicemail are full. My schools PT came to the school to meet one of the people that work at East Coast. The appointment was at 10:000am, the PT got to the school at 9:50am, and the office told the PT, the person from East Coast came at 9:45am, and asked if the PT was there yet and they said not yet, and her turned around and left.

Awful, please if your insurance is able to be used at another place- run fast! It is going on 1.5 years and still no wheelchair for my son. The first one they provided us with was way to small, what was the point of going to have him measured. They are extremely unprofessional, do not return calls/emails and give you excuse after excuse. I already complained to my insurance company about them also. Please take your business elsewhere to get what you need in a timely, appropriate manner.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They never return phone calls or emails and after calling repeatedly today I was told that the company was purchased by another company August 1st and no one has called to inform me of this and the wheelchair which my daughter was measured for in June has not been ordered!!! It is now September 21st and the new chair that I was told my daughter would have by mid October has not even been ordered.
