I've been contracting with ECPS for nearly 3 years and have rarely had an issue with them. They generate a ton of work for me and as long as it's completed on time and up to specifications we're all good. Like any other industry this one has some people that really should find something else that suits them better. This job isn't for lazy, unmotivated people that don't take pride in their work. This is a side of the mortgage industry that I never even knew existed and now I'm thankful that it does.
Rude only pay $6 an inspection constantly feel like your working. I had to carry an ipod on me 24/7 and was constantly checking it to make sure I wasn't missing anything because if I did I would get belittled. Worked here for 3 1/2 years and was constantly treated like crap. I drove 40,000 miles a year with my own personal vehicle. Don't do it !!!!!!!!!!
