We had a very unique circumstance come up recently with a vehicle that needed urgent repair. For someone that needed help due to being stuck at n Burgaw on their way through. East Coast went well above and beyond what we they needed to do to get the vehicle running again. Thank you so much!
Honestly, I’d give them 10 stars if I could! I can’t say enough great things about East Coast Powertrain! My car died while visiting from out of state. Asked them to fix AC on a truck that’s been sitting for 7 years after I recently got it running they proceed to tell me I need brakes and etc, I tell them I can replace all this myself, they proceed to get mad that I don’t want to be Upcharges on work I can do myself and refuses to do the ac job and tells me to come get the truck. These people cheated my 82 year old bluish and out of almost $300. He took his car here to get the ac checked. They said oh you may have a leak behind the glove box but we will fill it with Freon and send you in your way. The Freon leaked out in a few days so he took it back then they said oh yeah you do have a leak behind the glovebox. They knew there was a leak from the beginning .
