Disappointed with East Coast Pools — A Frustrating Experience Despite Initial Positives Up until the last few interactions, I had mostly positive things to say about East Coast Pools. Reply to response received from East Coast Pools: Hi Tara, Thank you for your response. I’m not surprised that I received a reply within an hour of posting a Google review—though I find it ironic that it took public feedback to warrant that level of urgency. When I had tried to engage directly through multiple phone calls, messages, and patient follow-ups, I received silence in return. That alone is disappointing. We have been with East Coast pools now for 5 years and have had excellent service! Mr Jimmy has always been so sweet and very helpful. Tara has recently come on board a few years later and has been phenomenal with pool care and getting it done! Blessed to have a company that cares and doesn't try to take advantage of a dollar. Keep up the great work!
