Our family can not begin to express our gratitude to East Coast pools for their remarkable workmanship and over the top customer service. Our pool was destroyed last winter in the snow storm, which left our family without hope to ever regain this enjoyment again. I made a phone call to their incredible customer service manager Cathy, who immediately started the process of dealing with this disaster. East Coast pools is by far the best company I've ever interacted with. Alan installed our pool in 2020 and the support each year him and Kathy have provided has been amazing. They know all the tips to ensure we always have Crystal clear water. I highly recommend them for all your pool needs.
