Left an unacceptable mess. You've got to be kidding me with this. We specifically asked him if he wanted us to drain the whole shallow end for the work on our cracked steps. He said no. So we left about 4 inches of water under. He apparently took a belt sander to the plastic pool steps, which then spewed microplastic shards everywhere into our pool water. Amazing job. We had a few cracks in our stairs that we tried to patch over the years. We finally had them fixed by East Coast Pool Step Repair and they look amazing. We are so happy with the results.
Awesome work!. My local pool guy (K&M Pools in Old Bridge) recommended them. This saved me from spending a boatload of cash on new stair replacement which in turn would require a liner replacement, breaking ground, etc. Middle Hairline cracked stair is good as new with their repair & in my case no new liner or breaking ground. Enough said!!
Definitely a home run , it was very difficult to find a pool repair company that specializes in pool step repairs. Most companies simply wanted to replace the stairs which is an exceedingly pricey repair. The guys at East Coast Pool Step repair literally saved me thousands of dollars, highly recommended.
