Super impressed by the team. It was very difficult to find someone who can repair/reinforce pool steps and the first guy from a different company in Levittown, PA that came out was pompous and I wasn’t going to give him my business. Fantastic great to work with. Recommended by the pool company putting in the new liner. Repaired all the blisters on the steps that were leaking brown rust color resin made the steps look brand new at fraction of the price of new steps. Very informative great to work with!
Contacted them through the recommendation of my pool service company. Needed to remove staining on my steps. Larry just recommended an easily available cleanser. It worked perfectly. Very good customer service and very responsive.
Left an unacceptable mess. You've got to be kidding me with this. We specifically asked him if he wanted us to drain the whole shallow end for the work on our cracked steps. He said no. So we left about 4 inches of water under. He apparently took a belt sander to the plastic pool steps, which then spewed microplastic shards everywhere into our pool water. Amazing job. We had a few cracks in our stairs that we tried to patch over the years. We finally had them fixed by East Coast Pool Step Repair and they look amazing. We are so happy with the results.
