Fantastic great to work with. Recommended by the pool company putting in the new liner. Repaired all the blisters on the steps that were leaking brown rust color resin made the steps look brand new at fraction of the price of new steps. Very informative great to work with!
Contacted them through the recommendation of my pool service company. Needed to remove staining on my steps. Larry just recommended an easily available cleanser. It worked perfectly. Very good customer service and very responsive.
Left an unacceptable mess. You've got to be kidding me with this. We specifically asked him if he wanted us to drain the whole shallow end for the work on our cracked steps. He said no. So we left about 4 inches of water under. He apparently took a belt sander to the plastic pool steps, which then spewed microplastic shards everywhere into our pool water. Amazing job. We had a few cracks in our stairs that we tried to patch over the years. We finally had them fixed by East Coast Pool Step Repair and they look amazing. We are so happy with the results.
Awesome work!. My local pool guy (K&M Pools in Old Bridge) recommended them. This saved me from spending a boatload of cash on new stair replacement which in turn would require a liner replacement, breaking ground, etc. Middle Hairline cracked stair is good as new with their repair & in my case no new liner or breaking ground. Enough said!!
