If I could give this business a minus star rating I would. Very disappointed with the way this company left our property after completing our pool renovations. A pool box was installed and subsequently inspected for a compliance certificate. It failed the inspection and had to be modified before it could comply. New lights were installed in the pool, but they do not work. The tradesmen working on the pool washed concrete into our garden bed, so we had to dig it out and dispose of it ourselves. Paddy and his crew renovated my very old pebblecrete pool in Boomerang beach. They were excellent! It was a challenging renovation due to high ground water and existing piping issues that we uncovered in the renovation process. They managed and solved all the issues professionally and did not ask for any additional fee in doing so. Paddy was also very patient and excellent in guiding me with pebble colour choice (believe me it is hard!) Highly recommend Eastcoast pool constructions!!.
We had a great experience with East Coast Pools and would happily recommend them. The team were professional, reliable and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. The refurbishment we had done was for a 20-year old concrete pool in a holiday resort that sees thousands of guests visit each year. We couldn’t be happier with our pool and the whole experience from start to finish. The team were fantastic to deal with, professional, reliable and genuinely took pride in their work. We would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to have a pool installed
The team at East Coast Pool Constructions installed my fibreglass pool in Forster Tuncurry. Also installed the travertine pavers around my pool. They are the best in the business for any type of pools. Highly recommended and can’t wait for them to do my next pool. Thanks again guys
