I had my granddaughter in for a consult. The staff and specialist himself are an amazing team! The moment we walked in until the moment we left, we felt so welcomed! The specialist explains things so we can understand. The assistants are beyond great with the kids! Highly recommend this team to any child in need!!!
I called to enquire regarding a referral and the receptionist was completely arrogant, dismissive and unhelpful.
I would really recommend! My toddler chipped her tooth on Saturday and we were able to get in today (Tuesday)! Upon arrival, Shalyn was very welcoming to my little one and welcomed her in to colour and play, making her feel more comfortable in the dental space. She showed her the tools the dentist would be using before hand. Once the dentist arrived, Dr. Tom Raddall, he was very quick yet careful with her procedure.
