BIG BIG fan of Dr. Tom’s work! Excellent paediatric dental surgeon!
We had an AMAZING experience at East Coast Pediactric Dentistry today. My daughter has severe anxiety when it comes to dentists after a few very bad times with our last dentist, but she was totally at ease today, smiling and laughing. Everyone made her feel so comfortable and let her take breaks when needed. This was definitely our best dentist experience we've had with my daughter yet.
Our young fella had 3 teeth extracted a few weeks back and I was discussing with my wife this morning about how smoothly things went. Dr Raddall was very professional and considerate throughout the process. He explained each step thoroughly and also catered his character to make our son feel as comfortable as possible. Deserving of a five-star rating.
