Son was molded for orthotics back in June. They said 4-6 weeks. We called after not hearing anything for 4 weeks, and were told “should be another 2 weeks”. We called after 6 weeks and it turns out they never even started fabrication. In the month and a half since, we continue to be told “in a week or two”, and still no orthotics. Our son was 20 months old when fitted. He will be 2 in two weeks. What others have said... this place should be put out of business. My back brace came broken to begin with, has required multiple adjustments, and continues to malfunction. It broke over the weekend and there is no urgency to replace it and only one phone operator available. I AM IN EXTREME PAIN. I AM CRYING. THIS IS AFFECTING MY RECOVERY, HEALTH, AND WELLBEING. I hope someone sees this from the BBB.

This company should be put out of business. This company has an affiliation with NYU Langone. I chose to get orthotics out of the NYU medical facility because I trusted NYU, even though it is very far from my home. What a mistake! Everything I was told about when they would arrive was wrong. They then threw out the orthotics that arrived, after stringing me along for weeks as to how long they would take to arrive. I finally got a call an additional week from what was promised to me as the apology for throwing the first pair ... read more
