UPDATE: So unfortunately I have to update my review because as it turns out, their NJ office manager Sandra made a big mistake and they don't accept our insurance (at least not from NJ). So after the entire process of having my son's castings made and all of this waiting.. (months)... it turns out it was for nothing. She tried to have it approved anyway which didn't work and then refused to at least let me have the castings they took so I could take them elsewhere (to save my special needs son from having to go through the p... read more
