From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with EXCELLENT customer service. The Dr. was on time, and very kind and explained each step. The gentleman that showed us the glasses was PHENOMENAL and super patient. Just great customer service all the way around!
Best optometrist I've been too. Professional, quick, and very knowledgeable about everything. I can't recommend enough.
Dr. Pena explained things very well during my appointment and allowed me to reschedule for the dilating eye drops. Afterwards, Brian helped me find a pair of glasses I liked. He explained the different options and price points. It was very concierge service quality.
