Extremely sketchy clinic
Very knowledgeable ND's, friendly and willing to go over and above for their patients This clinic is by far the most wonderful clinic around Warm, welcoming and full of love and light Would recommend for anyone who is frustrated with our health care system The people here care so much
This clinic may not be a good fit for mothers and/or primary caregivers. The practice enforces a strict cancellation policy requiring 24–72 hours’ notice. For Monday appointments, cancellations must be made by Friday, regardless of the reason. If this requirement is not met, patients are charged 50% of the appointment fee, even when the appointment costs several hundred dollars, no service is provided, it is a first-time cancellation, and the clinic is able to fill the slot. Not a family Friendly Company. I was very disappointed to learn that this company’s extremely rigid cancellation policy. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance — or by Friday if your appointment is on a Monday — or you are charged 50% of services that can be hundreds of dollars, even if no services are provided. No flexibility is provided even if it is your first time cancelling, if you are a new or long term customer. This policy is not family-friendly at all.
